Vol. 1 No. 2 (2026): Advancing Perioperative Nursing: Patient Readiness, Safety, Recovery, and Innovative Education
This issue features original research in perioperative and anesthesia nursing, covering caring behaviors, therapeutic communication, psychological readiness, preoperative anxiety, hemodynamic responses, and postoperative recovery. It also presents the use of deep-breathing relaxation to reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting, alongside animated video-based learning to strengthen clinical self-confidence among nurse anesthesia students. Collectively, these studies highlight the importance of patient-centred communication, psychological support, nonpharmacological interventions, physiological monitoring, and educational innovation in improving the quality and safety of perioperative nursing practice.
