4. Anti-Plagiarism & Similarity Check Policy

Genius Publisher does not tolerate plagiarism in any form. All manuscripts are screened using similarity detection tools before entering the peer review stage.

Manuscripts with suspected plagiarism may be rejected at any stage of the editorial process.
Editors may request clarification, revision, or supporting documentation when similarity concerns arise.
Citations, quotations, and references must be properly acknowledged.

Similarity results are interpreted by the editorial team. A similarity score alone does not automatically determine misconduct; editorial judgment is applied to distinguish legitimate overlap (e.g., references, methods) from unethical copying.

5. APC / Publication Fee Transparency

Genius Publisher supports transparency regarding publication fees. Any Article Processing Charges (APC) or publication-related fees are clearly stated on each journal’s website before submission.

If a journal charges APC, the amount and payment procedure will be disclosed on the journal page.
If no APC is charged, the journal will explicitly state that publication is free of charge.
No hidden fees are applied.
