Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions for each journal are made independently by the respective Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board. Genius Publisher does not interfere with scholarly decisions, peer review outcomes, or manuscript evaluations.

The publisher’s role is limited to:

Providing publishing infrastructure and technical support.
Ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Maintaining transparency and governance oversight.

Roles & Responsibilities (Publisher Level)

Leadership & Governance: Sets publisher-level policies and ensures compliance.
Operations & Administration: Supports coordination, documentation, and communication.
Finance: Ensures transparent administration of publication-related financial processes (if applicable).
Public Relations: Manages external communication and institutional collaboration.
Technical & Platform: Maintains OJS platform, metadata quality, and publishing infrastructure.

Conflict of Interest Management

All editors, reviewers, and authors are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest. Manuscripts involving conflicts are handled transparently to preserve fairness and objectivity.

Ethical Oversight

Genius Publisher supports ethical publishing across all journals and implements oversight mechanisms to prevent misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and unethical authorship practices. Corrective actions may include clarification requests, corrections, or retractions in accordance with journal policies.

Policy Review Mechanism

Publisher-level policies are reviewed periodically (at least annually) to ensure alignment with national regulations and internationally recognized publication standards. Updates are implemented when necessary to maintain compliance and transparency.
